I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Louisiana. I work with adolescents and adults and specialize in anxiety, depression, anger management, personal growth, and self-actualization. Often, change causes emotional dysregulation, which manifests as anxiety, anger, depression, stress, frustration, hopelessness, and stagnation.
