I am here to facilitate your healing experience by providing a safe, authentic, non-judgmental space for us to get to the heart of what is keeping you stuck in your life or relationships. I work integratively, blending various therapeutic modalities to support clients in addressing their unique needs. I am formally trained in psychodynamic therapy and use it as the foundation for the work we will do together.
