Life is full of surprises and transitions. Whether it be uncertainty and anxiety about the future, stress, low self-esteem, depression or relationship challenges, some transitions may be particularly difficult to navigate and leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Many of the people I work with seek greater clarity, insight and emotional balance but also effective ways to tackle those challenges so that real change may take place. While diagnoses are an important part of the therapeutic process, they can also be reductive in nature. Hence, we will focus on your individual strengths and needs to bring about that change together.
