I have an intense curiosity about human behavior and why people make the decisions they do. As a therapist I use that as a way to help people gain insight and understanding about their lives, ultimately finding greater contentment, happiness and fulfillment. I'm committed to helping my clients live their best lives. My specialties are counseling with Adult Adoptees, Adult ADHD/ADD, Couples /Interracial Couples. I also work with individuals to help them navigate their way through Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Stress Management. As a Transracial adoptee my life experience overlaps the boundary between Caucasian and African-American cultures and gives me an uncommonly unique multicultural perspective on life and living.
