I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience in mental health and medical social work. I have worked extensively with individuals navigating chronic illness, grief, loss, and bereavement, as well as those managing depression and anxiety. My goal is to help clients strengthen both the physical and emotional aspects of their well-being, creating a healthy balance to face life’s challenges.
