I work with individuals who are experiencing difficulties feeling overwhelmed and stressed. I assist individuals with strategies to reframe their thinking and help clients cope with things getting in their way of enjoying life. I and also provide parent training/support. I work with individuals on effective communication strategies and process the underlying cause of the stress. I have been helping individuals and families for over 17 years. I am a former special education teacher and have worked with individuals who have developmental delays, Autism, ADHD, and other emotional and behavioral difficulties. I assist parents on how to deal with the struggles of having a child with delays.
