Many of my clients come to therapy feeling “stuck.” They might describe themselves as broken, overwhelmed by self-doubt, or unable to manage life’s demands. They often carry the weight of unrealistic expectations—whether imposed by family, culture, or themselves. Their presenting issues might include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or challenges with identity and self-worth. Beneath those challenges, however, is often a resilient core waiting to be rediscovered. Using a strengths-based resiliency approach, I view each client not through the lens of pathology, but through potential. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences with compassion and purpose. The therapeutic process is not about “fixing” what is broken, but about recognizing the inherent strength, resilience, and wisdom that already exist within each person.
