I am a LCPC working in Geneva, IL. My specialties include DBT, CBT, and experiential work utilizing art and mindfulness. I find something as simple as taking a walk while noticing our senses can shift the dynamic of a typical therapy session. Creating using various art media is another way to engage with our thoughts and emotions when words fall short of explaining how we feel. I especially enjoy working with adolescents and the emerging adulthood population, with experience working with adults also.
