Life can be tough – but you can be tougher! My work with clients is client centered and goal directed. My therapy style is eclectic. I integrate all different types of therapies, including but not limited to: CBT, DBT, Exposure, Mindfulness, Strategic, Solution-Focused, MI, psychodynamic, and person-centered.
