You deserve to be the best functioning version of you. Navigate the journey to courage while feeling empowered and supported working through animal assisted psychotherapy, play therapy, and expressive art therapy. I also provide ADHD and executive function coaching, ADHD assessment. Special interest in LGBTQ+ issues, such as gender exploration, relationship counseling,sexual health and sex-related topics. While I primarily work with adults, I do still accept children for therapy. Specialities including attachment based trauma training, specialization in foster care/adoption/reunification, ADHD/neurodivergence, anxiety View 4 Photos I work from a strength based, primarily person-centered perspective with CBT, DBT, and Polyvagal Theory infusion. I am currently training in the Gottman Method for couples counseling. Therapeutic services can look different for each person because we all walk different paths.
