We all need support at different points in life, yet reaching out can feel like the hardest step, especially when cultural norms or lived experiences may have taught us to carry everything on our own. I believe therapy offers a space to lay that burden down and reconnect with what matters most. Our sense of self is shaped by the stories we carry; our upbringing, relationships, traumas, and the systems around us. In our work together, I create space for you to speak your truth, rediscover yourself, and begin to rewrite the narratives that no longer serve you.
