It’s been a while since you’ve felt like yourself. You are showing up every day, doing what needs to be done, but deep down, you feel disconnected. There are things you want for yourself, but the weight of it all makes it hard to even begin. Some days, it feels like you are stuck in place, using all your energy just to keep going. You feel ready for support in creating a life that feels more aligned with who you are. I work with teens and adults facing ADHD, anxiety, and trauma, with a special focus on health at every size & fat liberation, queer identity exploration, racial identity, & neurodiversity.
