Are you feeling depressed, overwhelmed or anxious? Are you having trouble making decisions and moving forward with your life? I work with individuals to explore underlying issues and find solutions to your problems. Perhaps you are stressed and finding it difficult to engage in daily activities that were once simple. Or maybe you experienced a trauma (recent or during childhood) which remains unresolved. I will take you through the necessary steps to find resolution. If you are a victim of domestic violence, I have received training from the State of CT in working in this area. My practice is LGBTQ+ friendly.
