Support during difficult times is so important. I’m here for you in that. Together we find the road to access and strengthen your relationship with the wisdom of your body, unconscious, dreams, and the deep community of the Land and nature. With Somatic Experiencing, Jungian-influenced depth, EMDR/Flash, and cognitive work we bring awareness to the wounded parts of self and learn how to hold them in compassion, courage, and care. I have specialized training in serving LGBTQ folks. I have STAR Provider training to serve current and former military members and spouses (individuals only) (I'm a veteran). Sessions happen in the afternoons only, on Tue, Wed, & Thurs. I specialize in trauma, traumatic injuries, and anxiety.
