I provide individual and couples therapy to adults 21 years and older in need of support. Anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, and trauma can cause pain and frustration. Together we will develop a plan to heal and move forward. Therapy provides a "safe space" where your thoughts and feelings are the focus.
