Life is a series of challenges. Sometimes coping comes easily. Other times, managing can be a complex cycle of anxiety, depression and isolation leaving us feeling weary and emotionally fatigued. The development of a safe trusting therapeutic relationship is where we start to develop strategies to address your own unique needs. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 29 years experience working with individuals, families, couples and adolescents. I have deep respect for any person who makes the decision to explore treatment, and view the client/therapist as members of a 'team', with shared visions, goals and hoped for outcomes.
