Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with over twenty years of experience working in social services and two and a half years of counseling experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, adoption, and challenges with self-harming. In sessions I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. In session I take a client centered approach, I am here to support the client and to help along their journey.
