Even during the best of times navigating the complexities and demands of life can be challenging, and at this time in history we all face life situations for which we may not be entirely equipped. Despite the news of the day in the world around us, now is always a good time to begin a journey of healing. Such a journey brings new perspective and also reveals hidden strengths and skills. Thus, in addition to resolving issues I also see as a goal of counseling for clients to find increased meaning and joy in life. In 2009 I graduated from Brenau University with a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling.
