I believe in a down-to-earth approach when connecting and healing my clients through art and talk therapy. It takes real courage begin your journey, and I value authenticity, honesty, humor, and curiosity above all else. I'm passionate about individuals navigating substance use, life transitions, relationships, eating disorders, anxiety, and more. I believe in art therapy as a healing tool, and as an LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent ally, I welcome folks of all backgrounds and identities into the therapeutic space. An important note: You do not need to be an artist to express yourself through art!
