I am a licensed clinical independent social worker (LICSW) with over a decade of experience practicing as a therapist. I particularly enjoy working with individuals in times of significant transition and those seeking to heal trauma and/or burnout. My areas of specialization include perinatal and parental mental health, treatment of trauma and stress-related disorders, grief and loss, and providing affirming treatment for LGBTQ+ individuals. I presently hold certifications in perinatal mental health, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, and hospice and palliative care.
