I help children, adults, couples and families work through interpersonal issues, parenting challenges, transitional stages, and adjusting to big life events, while working to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. My approach is warm, grounded, and rooted in a desire to attune to each client without judgment. I meet clients where they are and help move them toward healthier, happier lives.
