My work focuses on helping clients come to recognize patterns within themselves and then go about the very fulfilling work of changing them from the inside out. Each of us has taken in patterns of belief about the world and how it "works" by our parents, families and others. We accept those patterns as "who we are." Sometimes those beliefs and patterns cause pain to ourselves and others and we find ourselves looking outside ourselves for change in our lives. Inner work is challenging, but it can lead to a deep appreciation and recognition of who we are and our responsibility in our life.
