I practice in Michigan and have helped many clients make significant progress on their personal goals like reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety, healing from and managing anger, as well as coping with a history of trauma. We also address adjustment to life stressors, issues with relationships, communication, work, and the impact of health challenges like chronic pain on daily life.
