Hello, I'm Peggy. At different times in life, we all experience frustration, pain, disappointment, illness, loss, rejection, and failure. Especially when going through major life transitions, life can be difficult to navigate. I focus on working with adults, using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients live meaningful lives despite – or even because of – their struggles.
