I provide individual mental health counseling to adults, adolescents , families and couples. We have within us the means to achieve a more healthy and satisfying cognitive and emotional life - often we just need some guidance in getting there. In counseling, we work together to identify the issues that concern you, help you develop a vision of what is possible, and create and implement a plan for moving forward. Together we learn how you can move forward; together we strive to go there in a non-judgemental, compassionate atmosphere.
