I usually see clients who are going through a transition in their lives. This is often a time when they feel some anxiety about making a major decision and they benefit by having someone with whom they can discuss options and goals in a supportive environment. Although I see adults of all ages, I specialize in working with older adults as their transitions tend to be complicated by issues related to their health. I'm also available to support and advise their family members and caregivers.
