I see psychotherapy as a collaborative process in which the client is able to learn more about her or his thought processes, emotional states, motivations and ineffective behavior patterns. I have been practicing for over 30 years, and so have experience and training in working with a wide variety of issues. I utilize multiple treatment modalities, dependent upon the client's needs and preferences, including talk therapy and some of the newer energy therapies.
