I provide a safe place for individuals, couples, and families to deal with their relationship, career, and other issues, as well as with the anxiety, depression and anger that often accompany them. My approach includes cognitive, psychodynamic, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and Family Systems Therapy to help my clients process and understand their patterns of thoughts and behavior. I strive to create a compassionate and supportive environment that helps promote psychological and spiritual growth and physical health.
