Are you sick of having to keep it together? Feeling overwhelmed, shut down, and burnt out? You don’t have to struggle anymore. I want to help you sift through all you’ve got going on and help you feel better. My approach is collaborative, trauma informed, relational, and guided by your goals. I am committed to providing down-to-earth therapy in a respectful and non-judgemental space. I love taking a mind-body approach and helping people learn how trauma and emotions are stored in the body. I want to help you understand yourself more, learn to set boundaries, resolve the past, and maybe have a few laughs along the way. My work has a psychodynamic, attachment, and somatic flavor to it. I hold a certificate in sexual health focusing on Sex Therapy. I am level 2 trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and I am trained in Somatic Attachment Focused EMDR. I love to use IFS and intuitive eating in my work. I also am an NASW Certified Supervisor for LLMSWs.
