Among the things I help people with is holding the spectrum of living while relating to ourselves with compassion and skill. My trauma-informed practice focuses on people experiencing all kinds of life transitions, work stress, grief and loss, including traumatic loss, and the integration of transformational experiences - whether these are brought on by life events, natural means, or psychedelics. I also help facilitate people entering an altered state of conscious soberly with brainwave entrainment, as this can accelerate the therapeutic work.
