Many of the individuals I support are first- or second-generation immigrants who have grown up balancing differing values, expectations, and roles—often leading to people-pleasing, perfectionism, and anxiety. I help clients understand these patterns and reconnect with their authentic selves. In couples work, I support partners facing communication issues, emotional disconnection, or the aftermath of betrayal and infidelity. My goal is to help each person feel seen, safe, and empowered to grow individually and together.
