Hello, my name is Margaret Martinez, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kentucky, via telehealth. I work with adolescent and adult individuals who experience depression, anxiety, and trauma using Cognitive Behavioral and Processing Therapy to assist my clients with overcoming mental health and emotional challenges. My approach to therapy depends on what each client needs. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy because they help us understand the client's situation together and find a way forward.
