I am a Clinical Psychologist in New York, NYU faculty, with a Post-Doctoral degree in couples therapy and training in group therapy. Specializing in couples, individuals, and people's affinities for others, I find that relationships can be wonderful. They can also provide a platform for people to both learn about (and get into trouble with !) themselves and those they love. I work with couples, individual adults & groups to relate to time in the following ways: acknowledge the past, focus on the present, and consider the future. This sounds easier to do than it actually is to practice. So many difficult things in life are like that.
