I partner with adults through reflective listening. This includes adults, parents, caregivers with trauma history in relationships. Pain related to anger, fear, anxiety, shame, sadness, depression, self image-can be chipped away at. If you are pregnant or recently had a baby and struggle with moods, building an environment that validates and supports -email me. If you have a child who is experiencing strong moods, struggles in relationships I welcome you to come talk. If someone you loved died, we do not seek to resolve grief, end pain and loss but we can talk about how people adapt.
