I work with men and women facing both the 'big' and the seemingly common issues of life. Big and seemingly small transitions: yours or a loved one's cancer diagnosis; career changes including retirement; entering or leaving a relationship; pregnancy or pregnancy loss; loss of a loved one. Grief, anxiety, anger, depression, persistent feelings of sadness. I do not work with serious psychiatric diagnoses. Those who work with me soon come to appreciate the value of being heard; of being seen and accepted-despite the sharp edges that may appear as we try to protect ourselves from the pain the world sometimes presents us.
