I am a humanistic art therapist offering individual support for children, adolescents, and adults. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to express and process their emotions and experiences through the healing power of art, play, and the therapeutic relationship. While the majority of my experience is with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, I'm looking forward to supporting individuals across the life span. Additionally, I have experience with anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, grief, transitions, and behavior issues. No artistic experience or talent is necessary to benefit from art therapy. : )
