Whether this is your first time seeking treatment for your substance misuse, you've had a relapse, or are leaving inpatient facility; having a team and building community is a vital part of real long-term recovery. It can be very challenging initially in recovery. Having recourses for yourself and loved ones while trying to understand the root causes of addiction can be a complicated process. As a key member of the Northstar Recovery team I am dedicated to helping. I utilize individual and group sessions to help uncover, understand and grow from past experiences so we can be better equip to thrive in the future.
