It is difficult to go through life with a million little voices in your head telling you every negative thing about yourself. It can feel impossible to find moments of joy and contentment when life itself is already so unpredictable, and thoughts of fear and failure start to creep in. Even though opening the door to therapy can be scary and/or overwhelming, I will bring warmth, compassion, and a touch of humor to make it more comfortable and relaxed. There is no "one size fits all" theory to therapy- every session will be personalized to my client and what best fits their needs. I will always be working on creating a safe and trusting relationship with my clients because I believe that therapy is the most beneficial when there is true authentic connection. I have a passion for working with clients from all walks of life, including clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship stressors, and imposter syndrome.
