Life can feel overwhelming - whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, the weight of today’s world, or the daily strain of caring for others and ourselves. You might be holding everything together on the outside while feeling drained or stuck on the inside. You don’t have to do it alone. I work with adults and teens (13+). Seeking support takes real strength. Many of my clients come to me during periods of transition, loss, or identity shifts and leave feeling more supported, grounded, and able to use practical tools that make daily life more manageable. Much of my experience has been working with LGBTQ+ folx. My style is warm and collaborative, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and self-compassion to fit your needs. In addition to supervising Florida RCSWIs, I also enjoy supporting therapists in their own healing journeys, because even therapists need a safe space to be heard and cared for.
