Welcome. I am a licensed professional counselor based in Oxford, Mississippi. My practice supports children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have a particular interest in working with older adults, caregivers, people navigating grief and loss, parenting concerns, and those experiencing work-related stress and life transitions. A collaborative therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work, and I approach each client with empathy, respect, and a nonjudgmental stance.
