Life is full of surprises and stressors that can be tough to navigate on your own. As a therapist, I am passionate about empowering clients and collaboratively finding strategies tailored to meet their unique needs. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment to safely explore and overcome challenges. My experience includes working with adolescents, adults, and couples for a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, difficult life transitions, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and coping with physical/chronic injuries. In addition to providing traditional talk therapy, I am trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and am pursuing full EMDR certification.
