You’ve done the best you can with the tools you have—now let’s build a few more. I’ve spent my career helping people untangle what’s really driving their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I’ve worked with people facing everything from daily stress to complex trauma. I’m certified in EMDR and am an Approved Consultant through EMDRIA, which means I also train other therapists on this approach. My goal is to empower you with skills and resources to get OUT of therapy. Through our work together, you will start to view yourself in a positive light and learn coping skills you can use in real life.
