I have been in practice for 30 years, working with adolescents, athletes, adults, and couples. Therapy is a collaborative process that requires a trusting relationship and courage. I welcome the opportunity to meet you. My practice perspectives are Relational and Strengths-based. Practice focus areas include managing anxiety, addressing depression, supporting life transitions, improving relationships, parenting, divorce, sports, social work, and adolescent to adulthood transitions. Mutuality is critical for an effective working relationship. I support my clients in engaging and exploring what they believe are areas they would like to improve. I practice a collaborative approach toward developing a client-centered plan for change.
