This includes collaborating with the goal of managing depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, trauma, acculturation and LGBTQ+ issues, life role transitions, work-related stress, caregiver burden, phase of life and chronic illness to name a few. Together, we can help resolve underlying causes of psychological distress and help you develop skills to improve overall functioning. I provide a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment. I have had over 15 years of clinical experience working with diverse adult population.
