I help individuals and families face life's demands in an embodied, and gentle way. As we inquire within, embracing both, obstacles and gifts, a more authentic and resourceful presence can emerge that allows for genuine shifts to take place. I work with individuals from all walks of life who are interested in restoring a healthy sense of self and want to move forward in life. My practice is rooted in psychodynamic, humanistic, mindful and somatic approaches. I have extensive experience working with trauma, life transitions, unresolved family of origin challenges, grief, anxiety, and general Mental Health.
