My name is Margarita Jimenez McLaughlin, LMFT. I specialize in working with adults in life's transitions (relationships, life events and loss). I work with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, loneliness and communication issues. I can help you by engaging with you to understand your challenges, look at your patterns of behaviors and find your strengths to overcomes these issues. In our sessions, I will listen and also ask you questions to identify your goals for treatment and get to the root of the issue. My approach is interactive and at times challenging. I want to help you remove the roadblocks and help you achieve your goals.
