Schedule on my website! The way I work with clients reflects what I would want for myself if I were in the other chair. You won’t get canned responses or clinical language that feels hollow. I’m not here to act like a blank slate—I’m a human working with another human. My goal is to create a space that’s real, warm, and grounded in genuine connection. If I see you stuck in patterns that are hurting you, I’ll call it out—with compassion, not judgment. I won’t sugarcoat things, but I also won’t leave you alone in them. My intention is always to help you pause, reflect, and consider a different path—one that feels more aligned you. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, with EMDR at the center. I also integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Experiential Therapy, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness practices, and Psychodynamic interventions. I don’t believe in rigid formulas—therapy should feel alive, collaborative, and tailored to what actually works for you
