I am a doctoral-level psychotherapist licensed in the state of New York and Florida (telehealth only). I work from the standpoint that psychotherapy is a powerful resource to overcome obstacles in our lives and unlock our full potential. I utilize a collaborative and relational approach to better understand my clients’ experiences and behaviors to tailor a therapeutic approach that will be most responsive to their needs. Modalities I utilize include psychodynamic theory, somatic therapy, CBT, DBT, ERP, and mindfulness. I work with individuals, couples, and families with a range of intra- and interpersonal conflicts.
