About

I’m Margaux (she/her). As the child of immigrants and a mother through foster care and adoption, I have lived experience of othering, marginalization, struggle, and triumph. I am a human rights activist and a creative at heart who recognizes the inherent worth of all people and the breathtaking beauty of diversity and difference. I am drawn to therapy because of the transformative nature of connection and the power contained in sharing our stories to change our realities. I am a graduate of Gallaudet University’s MSW program and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
