I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a safe space in which they can be heard and receive support in navigating any issue that prevents them from being the person they want to be. I have experience working with children, teens, and their families, as well as young adults, working on issues ranging from anxiety and depression to self-esteem, trauma, difficulty adjusting to life transitions, complicated relationships, or with people who simply wanted to get to know themselves better.
